After you play this card, discard all the remaining Occupations in your hand and draw 7 new Occupations. You can play an additional Occupation immediately for 2 Food. (You must pay any additional costs of the new Occupation). [View playtest games] [View all dealt games] |

personally find this overpowered... would be OK without the broom-like effect of 'play one immediately' | Jul 18, 2010 8:34pm [quote] |

I tried to playtest this solo, but it seemed bugged. I played out all 6 of my other occs, then clicked "play & take 7," but it only gave me two, and the Professor stayed in my hand. Actually, a copy of the Professor, without the picture, was created on my farm, while one with the picture stayed in my hand. I clicked several more times, and it just added more copied Professors on my farm and gave me the same 3 cards in hand (Professor and 2 others). | Jul 26, 2010 8:10pm [quote] |

Thanks for finding this error. I fixed it. | Jul 27, 2010 3:22pm [quote] |

A nice card Like broom, it's an early pick imo |
It worked without errors in my game. Jul 28, 2010 11:57am [quote] |

agree with glengarry. since occs are on average more powerful than MI's, consider removing the "play additional occ immediately" or increasing the cost to do so. | Jul 28, 2010 3:20pm [quote] |

Please don't remove the "play additional occ immediately", I like that. Perhaps increasing the cost to 3f isn't a bad idea. | Jul 29, 2010 1:37am [quote] |

I played a 2er with this fellow. If my opponent hadn't drafted Tutor as his second pick, I'm pretty sure I would have scored 12 or 13 points off of it. I had Scholar/Bookshelf. | Jul 29, 2010 6:26am [quote] |

For example: After you play this card you must discard all of your remaining Occupations in your hand and draw 4 new Occupations. You can play an additional Occupation immediately for 2 food. (You must pay any additional costs of the new Occupation). In its current form, is the card balanced enough to publish? |
This card could be weakened by redrawing less than 7 occs.Aug 17, 2010 12:53pm [quote] (Edit: Aug 17, 2010 12:54pm) |

my own preference is: no cards off the top of the deck, ever. | Aug 17, 2010 1:07pm [quote] |
