I think a comparison to the banned Stone Crane is also due. Although the Stone Crane also gives a resource discount, it is really expensive so that kind of balances out. The only difference now is that this occ is really easy to play, and can be triggered whenever, as opposed to the Stone Crane which is hard to play, and only triggers on an opponent's action, and that this occ doesn't allow for renovation, whereas the Stone Crane does. Overall, I think this card should be banned, since it really does add a very annoying element to the game. maninteitz

Also, the parenthesis need to go away - the text in parenthesis changes the effect of the card and the rule is that vital text doesn't go in parenthesis.
