The way it is currently worded, yes it works for stage 5 action space "Plow and/or Sow".
My guess is that the action will be changed in the new version.
If not, it's a strong card, but not amazing. Field Warden is strong but not auto first pick. (use vegi/plow even if occupied)		 sandswoll
